from FactSet, Capital IQ, Morningstar, and ARGUS. The classroom also has four
computers with access to the Bloomberg financial data networks.
Bloomberg
Bloomberg is a self-contained, stand alone data feed which has an
extremely broad array of services. The Bloomberg range of services is
constantly growing and as such, it is impossible to make an exhaustive
list of services.
FactSet
FactSet is a comprehensive financial data research and analytics tool with
access to a wide array of financial databases.
ARGUS
ARGUS is a commercial real estate cash flow projection, transaction
analysis and asset valuation solution.
Morningstar EnCorr Ibbotson
Morningstar's EnCorr Ibbotson is a set of tools to research, create,
analyze, and implement optimal asset allocation strategies within a
single platform.
Capital IQ
Capital IQ is a web and Excel-based research platform that combines
information on companies, markets, and people worldwide with tools for
fundamental analysis, financial modeling, market analysis, screening,
targeting, and relationship and workflow management.
Teaching Assistants are always on hand to assist students and professors
with any questions on the use of the data-feeds. Every semester, we holds
training seminars on the data-feeds taught by our TAs. Please
check the
